Tim and I have been honored to have a wonderful group of family and friends accept our wish to play a special role in our very special day. Below is a list of our Cast of characters, the group that we know we wouldn't be able to experiance the day without. To those nutty characters....we love you, thank you, and you mean the world to us!
The Groom
The Bride
Tim just turned 27 in May and is originally from Cleveland Ohio. Tim has been in the Navy for 8 years already. I know he's really excited to be getting out this fall right after he gets home from this deployment. My family loves Tim dearly, he's already one of us, can't wait for all of my friends to finally meet him!
I'm 22 years old and from Williamsburg,Virginia. I recently graduated from The College of William & Mary, a wonderful university in Williamsburg. I just moved to Florida in May to be near Tim. Can't wait to meet all of Tim's friends and family at the wedding!
The Officiant

We have chosen Rev. Jack Day to preform our ceremony. He is just the sweetest man we have ever met. Some of you may have seen him before he has performed most of the Disney weddings you may have seen on TV. We can't wait for the ceremony and we know he will do a wonderful job!
The Ringbearer
We have asked our nephew, Logan Metz, to be our ringbearer for the wedding. Lolo just turned two years old and will be about a month shy of age three for the wedding. Lolo is my leading man at the moment while Tim is out to sea, and we have spent time over the last few weeks practicing ring bearing and ballroom dancing skills.
Matron Of Honor
For the wedding I have chosen Katie Metz, my sister, to be my Matron of honor. I was extrememly lucky in life, I've had the opprtunity to have a built in best friend from the day I was born. I was Katie's maid of honor several years ago and I have only the fondest memories, I can't fathom a wedding day without her by my side. Alas, I'll let her off the hook a little easier than what she gave me, katie works in the City of Jacksonville in the Office of disability services in city hall so I know she stays busy.
Best Man
Tim has chosen Phil Metz to be his best Man for the wedding festivities. Phil is the brother-in-law of the bride. Lest anyone think that this was my doing, Tim and Phil were close friends well before I came along. Phil is a member of the HS-3 navy squadron. So for all of you wondering how the self avowed non-military gal ended up with a sailor, this is the family to whom you should look (and I should thank). Also, to Phil, please don't shave his head or eyebrows or break any of his limbs or run him over with a golf cart the morning of the wedding....
Maid Of Honor
Erin Nilan is my chosen maid of honor, being one of my best friends in the whole world. I love this girl to death! She's my female version of Tim and we joke that if she was a guy then Tim would have a run for his money. Erin and I met in college at William and Mary. Erin was the first sister I met at Alpha Chi Omega during recruitment and she cornered me in for the whole hour. Erin resides in Alexandria, Va (waaaay to far away) and works for NIMA
Groomsman
Carl Vick is one of Tim's groosman. Carl is also in the Navy and just currently transferred to Mayport also. Carl is one of the amigos that haunts the Metz house and we are always around here together. Carl is also my stand in best man/groom. People always think Carl and I are together when we go out in groups since Tim is always out to sea. Soooo, if you don't show up Tim, Carl is just gonna stand in your place with your pic taped to his forehead hehehe.
